NOLA Swing Dance every Tuesday at the Handlebar. This event is a local favorite and features DJs, local bands, and touring bands. The event begins with a drop-in dance lesson at 8:00 pm and the music spans 8:30 pm to Midnight. There is no cover but dancers are expected to buy drinks and/or food and to tip the bands generously. Dancing every Thursday at the House Shout. This is our weekly swing night at the Koken Art Factory! We feature the city’s top DJs, local and touring bands, a monthly jazz jam led by professional musicians, and vinyl nights. We also host performances and contests to spice things up.
