Paris Washboard, the renowned French quartet, will be making its first US appearance in over two years, with four concerts in February in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. PW has been in existence for over 30 years, with the leader Daniel Barda (trombone) and clarinetist Alain Marquet having been with the band since its inception. The other members are Charles Prevost (washboard) and Phillippe Carment (piano). The group has recorded numerous CDs, including 11 for Stomp Off Records, based in York, PA.
