2nd Jazz Jubilee Central Coast set for Oct. 17th to 26th

The Basin Street Regulars Hot Jazz Society is thrilled to announce the 2nd Jazz Jubilee Central Coast 2025, a vibrant celebration of jazz music stretching from San Luis Obispo County to Santa Barbara County. This year’s festival will take place from October 17th to October 26th, 2025, featuring a mix of free and paid live music events across California’s Central Coast.

This multi-venue, area-wide “à la carte” festival runs from Friday, October 17th through Sunday, October 26th, 2025. The 2024 festival featured bands across 20 shows in 15 venues throughout SLO and Santa Barbara Counties, and we anticipate an even bigger lineup in 2025, including returning favorites and new additions. Once again, the festival will be organized by the Basin Street Regulars Hot Jazz Club.

We have booked an exciting lineup for the premier weekend of Jazz Jubilee Central Coast. Jazz Jubilee Central Coast extends from October 17th–26th, but there are three shows occurring October 24th–26th which are being presented exclusively by the Basin Street Regulars and the SLO Jazz Federation.

Saturday, October 25th

Flying in from New Jersey, the Midiri Brothers bring decades of swing-era passion with clarinet, sax, and vibraphone-driven arrangements that channel the spirit of Benny Goodman and Lionel Hampton. Based in Southern California, Black Market Trust blends the fire of gypsy jazz with the smooth vocal harmonies of The Beach Boys and Frank Sinatra. These charismatic performers bring a modern twist to timeless classics, creating an experience that’s equal parts nostalgic and fresh. With a loyal following and a repertoire full of charm, they’ll have you swinging in your seat—or on the dance floor!

Tickets will be priced at $30, $40 and $50. BSR will be hosting a reception at the Clark Center with both the Midiri Brothers and Black Market Trust in return for a sponsorship, details are now available. Tickets available at: clarkcenter.org/shows/black-market-trust/
