Bob Throne

In the late 40’s Bob Throne was allowed to use his Grandmother’s big old Victrola and there was a stack of 78’s … early jazz. He was “imprinted”. As he wandered through the decades he was able to see and hear Louis Armstrong some, but listened to all the music of the 50’s-60’s-70’s. When the Hot Fives and Sevens came out on CD he was lured in again. A couple years ago a YouTube search for Armstrong led him to bump into Tuba Skinny and he was hooked like so many others.
