Grégor Kelekian was an Armenian dancer and singer who lead a Jazz band in Paris in the late 1920s and early 1930s. He is remembered as an eccentric dresser who was frequently seen around Paris with his two large Afghan hounds. In 1930 he and his band the Grégoriens toured South America and recording four songs with singer Carlos Gardel in Argentinia in 1931.
